This week we read Earth Kitt's 1976 out of print memoir, “Alone With Me,”on the Glamorous Trash podcast.
A quote: “Those who talk too much usually don’t have much to say.”
Co-sign. And now the quote is on a mug, sold by Eartha Kitt’s daughter, that can sit on your desk and spread the good word to any coworker who might need it.
A thought: Eartha Kitt not only had one of the most iconic groundbreaking careers in music and film, but she also voiced the my favorite animated villain of all time, Yzma (and Vexus), in The Emperor’s New Groove. “Pull the Level Kronk!” will be how most of my generation recognizes Eartha.
